  1. You must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction in order to make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, then you may not make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 13 years old, you may browse our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us, make a purchase on the Site nor register on the Site.

  2. Orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of purchase date. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days* of order's ship date.

    *Delivery time is an estimate and subject to change.

  3. The products available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

  4. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. This limited license does not include the right to: (a) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or any portion thereof; (b) republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license or download the Site or any and/or all Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Site); (c) make any use of the Site or any and/or all Content other than personal use; (d) modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based upon either the Site or any and/or all Content; (e) collect account information for the benefit of yourself or another party; (f) use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing any and/or all Content; or (g) use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure. You must retain, without modification, all proprietary notices on the Site or affixed to or contained in the Site.

  5. COLORS

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  6. EXCHANGES

    We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Tribeca Luxe Hair Extension set for a set of the right color within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

    You may exchange your Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions order ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out of the packaging within the 30 days of receiving your order. Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been taken out of the cardboard backing to which they are attached.

    Tribeca Luxe hair can only do returns for sets within the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return.

  7. Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

  8. ORDERS

  9. CUSTOM CLIP-IN ORDERS

    • I want to order custom clip-ins, how does this work?

      • First we discuss the look you want to achieve. We find out what color/texture/length clip-ins you want through our custom order form. Once you're ready to place your order, we will send you an invoice. When we see your order come in, we will create the clip-ins and ship to you.

    • How much does custom clip-ins cost?

      • Custom Clip-ins begin at $240 and can increase depending on the length and fullness you request.

    • How long until I get my clip-ins?

      • It takes about 1 week for assembly and about 5 days for shipping depending where we are shipping.

    • What is your return policy for custom orders?

      • All custom request are final sale. Custom orders are created per the individuals request. Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

  10. Custom/Pre-order Wigs

    • How do custom/preorders work?

      • First you will need to fill out the custom/pre-order form, make sure to answer all of the questions that apply to your order. Once the form is sent, the Tribeca Luxe Team will follow-up within 24hours to confirm the details of your order.

    • When do I find out the cost of my order?

      • Once order details are confirmed and agreed upon, the Tribeca Luxe Team will send you an invoice that will outline all of the details of your order.

    • When do I need to pay?

      • 50% of your invoice total will be required before any work will be done. The remainder of your balance will be required prior to shipping.

    • How long do wigs take to be created?

      • Our wigs are truly custom and created as soon as an order is placed. After orders are confirmed and paid, it will take 2 weeks for wigs to be created and 5 days to be shipped.

    • Will the color of my wig fade?

      • The hair that is used for our products is real human hair and will naturally fade over time depending on the number of washes.

    • Can I return or exchange my wig?

      • All hair products sold through Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions are hygienic and because of this we will not accept any returns.

      • Custom or pre-ordered wigs will also not be allowed to be exchanged for other products.

  11. Important Notes:

    *Tribeca Luxe does not cover the cost of return labels, except when we are entirely responsible for any errors with your order, including defective or wrong item(s) shipped.

    - Refunds from returns can only be issued to your original payment method, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the return shipping cost. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or to a different form of payment.

    -The return and exchange process may take up to 2 weeks
