Orders are processed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days of purchase date. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days* of order's ship date.
Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Tribeca Luxe can only do returns for sets with in the same range, If you wish to return your set for a different set range your exchange will be treated as a return. Refunds from returns can only be issued to your original payment method, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the return shipping cost. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or to a different form of payment.
I received my hair extensions but I need a different color. How can I exchange my hair extensions for the correct color?
You must contact us first at (email@example.com) within the industry leading thirty (30) day exchange period. All Tribeca Luxe Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.
We will then provide you with our return address and instructions, where the exchanged item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged. We will either approve or reject the return request within 1-2 days of receiving it. You will receive an email detailing our decision.
When will I receive my exchange?
We will send you the preferred color hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal. We will ship newly requested product 2-3 business days after inspection.
What is the exchange period?
We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
Tribeca Luxe does not cover the cost of return labels, except when we are entirely responsible for any errors with your order, including defective or wrong item(s) shipped.*
